This Gallery should be a trip down Memory Lane
 for a lot of ex-apprentices
A big thank you to Peter Henderson for preserving these
Apprenctice pieces

This is a Dinner Order for the choice No 2
These Orders are numbered and this would guarantee you
a meal of 3 choices
Appentices were also given monthly, uniquely coloured vouchers
This allowed them to purchase Dinner for 6 pence and also a pudding
of choice if you were first in the queue, for 3 pence
Can any one remember the Lucas version of "Tea" served from
a Trolley ?
Milk Lucas tea leaves and boiling water were mysteriously
" Blended" in a very large aluminum teapot and despensed
on the rounds
